Summary

The EYLF recognises that ‘Children thrive when families and educators work together in partnership to support young children’s learning’ (p. 9) and that ‘Learning outcomes are most likely to be achieved when early childhood educators work in partnership with families.’ (p. 12)
This session supports participants to establish and maintain genuine relationships with all families to enhance each child’s learning.


This session/series aligns with the following VIT Australian Professional Standards for Teaching at the Proficient Teacher Level:
  • 3.7 Engage parents/carers in the educative process
  • 7.3 Engage with the parents/carers

Learning Outcomes
  • Develop strategies to build positive and trusting partnerships with  families
  • Gain insight into approaches to enhance communication with families
$148.50 Per Participant (inc GST)
